First off we have to stop using AI like a toddler. No more random prompts to ChatGPT. We're going to start by building a vault for everything the AI needs. This includes information about your projects, goals, processes, customers, etc... All kept up to date by your AI as you progress. This is the command center the AI runs from helping you get results that are better, cheaper (less token usage), and faster (less going back-and-forth). From here we will build out skills, subagents, hooks, and procedures to automate and verify our work.
