First off we have to stop using AI like a toddler. No more random prompts to ChatGPT. We're going to start by building a vault for everything the AI needs. This includes information about your projects, goals, processes, customers, etc... All kept up to date by your AI as you progress. This is the command center the AI runs from helping you get results that are better, cheaper (less token usage), and faster (less going back-and-forth). From here we will build out skills, subagents, hooks, and procedures to automate and verify our work. Once we have our enhanced AI, we will learn how to connect to external systems through MCP, APIs, or authentication tokens.

First we're going to talk about building with AI. I'll show you the complete end-to-end of building apps through product specs and agentic AI (you can follow along to build your own products). From there, I'll show you how to integrate with other platforms to operate your business, managing your contacts, building landing pages, product documentation, and sales. After this section you'll confidently be able to release your own apps, businesses, and digital products while having AI manage everything.
